WHEN do we collect information?

When you subscribe to our newsletter, apply to or register for a lab program, or register for a single event.

What information do we collect from people?

You may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details needed to create a positive experience for other lab participants or attendees.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information unless we provide users with advance notice. We may release information when appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Community standards

We strive to make the Social Impact Lab PDX program a safe, uplifting experience for all participants. Participation in the Social Impact Lab Portland requires adherence to the Social Impact Lab Community Standards.

Payment and refund policy

Due to generous donations from sponsors, the majority of cost of the Social Impact Lab is subsidized. If we collect payment for lab or event registrations, we do so using Stripe and Paypal. You may read about their privacy policies using the links provided.

Lab fees are nonrefundable.

• Initial deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but will go towards total lab fees.

• Remaining lab fees are nonrefundable but may be transferred, donated, or applied to a future Social Impact Lab run.
