We’re excited to learn more about you and your interest in the Social Impact Lab PDX (Fall 2018). This application will give our organizers a chance to learn more about you and your background. Please anticipate setting aside about 20-25 minutes to complete and submit this application.

Once you submit your application, you should anticipate hearing from our team within 72 hours.

If you wish to receive financial assistance to help with the lab fees, you will want to indicate your interest below and submit the separate Lab Scholarship Application to complete your application.
